Senate groups[edit]

@Walter Görlitz: I wanted to put something here as well in addition to my edit summary. I am not doing this to purge content, the fact is vast majority of that section was well out of date (referring to past events in the future) and most of it is like a current affairs news report on the political machinations of forming PSG. I agree with you that the history of the PSG is important but the history of PSG is well documented in its own article and this list article is better served by a succinct summary of the senate groups leading in to the table. No other section in this page goes into such exhaustive detail about one particular list entry so it doesn't seem necessary here. I also restored the updated number of PSG senators which I think was accidentally undone as part of you reversing my changes. 67.210.217.72 (talk) 17:03, 30 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Here they come again[edit]

Do any of the established editors know of some way to protect the page from those who think American metrics apply to Canadian politics? We seem to have a spate of right-wingers who have no concept of the nuances of party political alignment. G. Timothy Walton (talk) 04:27, 8 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Canadian Future Party[edit]

It's about time for the Canadian Future Party to be added as an eligible party 70.83.175.149 (talk) 20:39, 22 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

They're not an eligible party yet, according to Elections Canada's website. G. Timothy Walton (talk) 22:05, 22 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
