Geographical retention?[edit]

What does this phrase in the introduction mean? —Sengkang 13:22, 15 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I recall that there were two former bus terminals:

One at Circuit Road hawker center
One at New Upper Changi Road, probably near the intersection with Simei Road, where bus 155 formerly terminates.
