Correction needed.[edit]

This is hard to address, since in violation of WP:VERIFY, this article presents essentially no sources, instead—contrary to WP:VER and other guidelines—relies on wikilinks to refer readers to sources of the factual basis of the list's entries.

In this case—and understand I am no fan of, nor do I have a relationship with the following—the entry for company Amway should have made clear, at least parenthetically, based on the sources and statements at that main article that Amway's MLM arm was (1) apparently limited to channels operating in the UK and Australia, and (2) an arm that has ceased to function even there.

That is to say, if we are relying on the main article to inform the content of this list, there needs to be

  • move of relevant citations from the main article into this list, and
  • maintenance of information here via regular cross-checking of the list entries against the main articles, looking to more recent sources and update relevant to the status of individual entries.

The best, boldest, and most compliant edit of this list, with regard to WP:OR and WP:VER, would be to hide (using left angle bracket exclamation point-- markup) all entries unsupported by a verifiable source. That is what our policies and guidelines expect. (Because I no longer am registered, this will have to fall to someone who would not be accused of vandalism for making the appropriate edit.) 98.206.14.11 (talk) 00:41, 4 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
