Definition[edit]

Are we only listing stars with a supergiant luminosity classification? For instance, Canopus is more luminous than Iota Carinae, but it has a bright giant luminosity class.

Also, it might be important to point out that yellow supergiants are very different from blue or red supergiants. Patchworkpieces (talk) 20:25, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
