name change[edit]

Hi, @WMSR. Perhaps I missed the discussion about a proposed change to the name of this page. Would you kindly explain why you have removed the comma that customarily goes between a state abbreviation and the rest of a phrase? I can find several style guides that call for the comma, and none that don't; e.g., Chicago, AP, and even the Wikipedia Manual of Style itself. Thanks.
