Regional competitions, needs urgent cleanup[edit]

The entire section named Regional competitions is a complete mess and needs urgent cleanup, the linking is terrible, the subsection titles don't make any sense. It also needs adequate sources to verify some of the teams. I'll give this two weeks, if no significant progress is made, I'll be deleting the entire section to start over.
