Untitled[edit]

I managed to find the lyricists for the Majesty Demos, except I can't find any word about the song "Your Majesty". Is it unknown who wrote this song? Adamravenscroft 18:27, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Page title[edit]

Couldn't we just call this page "List of Dream Theater songs"? Since the table gives everyone the ability to rearrange the list by song, album, year, or lyricist; it doesn't seem to make much since just to say "by lyricist". Blackngold29 20:44, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that the "by lyricist" portion of the title is now superfluous given the content of the article. Originally I was inspired to create this article after seeing the "List of Beatles songs by lyricist" article. Given that our own list has grown so much since then (great job everyone!) I think it's best to remove the "by lyricist" designation and simply leave it as a list of Dream Theater songs. The 'lyricist' column should remain throughout the edits, however, as that was the original purpose of the article. Ignitus (talk) 09:12, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Scenes" in Scenes...[edit]

Is anyone opposed to removing the "Scene [#]" from all the Scenes from a Memory songs? I just think it kind of throws off the sorting and looks odd... I'm going to go ahead and do it, and you can revert it or discuss here if you think we shouldn't. Nevermind too lazy, but definetly discuss/consider it. The T (talk) 14:58, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Throwing off the sorting is no excuse, as there are sorting templates available (I think I've used one of them in some pages on my userspace). About looking odd, I don't think it does, but it's just my opinion. So I think it'd be better to wait until more people state their opinions. Hetcenus (Talk) 15:59, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's how they're listed on the back of the album, so I don't think we should change the official name of the songs. Blackngold29 16:15, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's how they're listed on one album. Based on the fact any other apperance of the songs [including the Live Scenes From New York which features the entire album] omit them, one would assume that they're not part of the song title but more a designation of the chronology of the story, as part of the theme of the album cover. You Or Me[edit]

Would it be okay to add You Or Me from the Hollow Years single to the list? The reason I'm asking is because it's quite a bit different from You Not Me. 207.165.200.246 (talk) 15:15, 30 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
