Data not reliable[edit]
I am of the mind that this article should be considered for deletion, on the basis of the information presented being unreliable, and most likely impossible to appropriately source in a manner that would be consistent with our encyclopedia. In most cases, the data presented in this list lacks a source entirely, while there are a few examples of a invalid sources (citing the base domain of a URL, failing to substantiate the claim) and in others is attributed to a source which is a primary source or otherwise fails to meet the test as a reliable source.
Is there a recognized body that tracks this information in a uniform and consistent way? If not, then we are left with the option of comparing primary claims from various blogs and competing real estate firms, which is not a viable option. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 00:13, 24 November 2015 (UTC)
