France, a technology juggernaut?
A user, Juan manuel torres added a whole slew of technology centers located in France (see this set of edits). I have no idea whether they're legit (that is, if they're well-known as technology centers), or if the user is trying to push some sort of personal agenda. In any case, France is getting a lot more coverage than the rest of the world. Can someone who is familiar with France go through the list and trim the ones that are suspect?
