Non-"silicon" Silicon names
In the "places with Silicon names" section, many many entries have names that make no mention of, nor allusion to, silicon. I have removed them (leaving a couple of doubtful cases where maybe there's some weak pun on "silicon" going on). Here's the list in case I missed something important and some of these need to go back:
