Have basically rewritten entire article by this stage, except for parts of Hands section which I copied from the Wikipedia article on Hands. Have decided to just delete entire In the Media section, but will wait for any objections, otherwise considering a reasonable amount of time has passed, it's going.

Also quality class is now C, and I think nearing a B.

Better Photo[edit]

Wondering if anyone happens to have a better photo of Little Boots for the article, have searched long and hard on Flickr but to no avail, Wiki Commons also provided no solution. Think current photo is blurred and not the best.
--RavensFists (talk) 20:59, 11 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There's always this one that was in the article before someone replaced it with the blurry one.--Michig (talk) 08:54, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Keep the existing one, she looks like a right dog in that one you can see why it was replaced. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.145.92.103 (talk) 12:49, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
To reply to Michig, I was the person who originally replaced the first photo, believed it was an improvement.....
However have now found two alternatives, this photo on commons, and this one which is on Flickr. As I am writing now uploads are currently disabled on Commons and so can't upload second image to Commons yet, but this will be solved so second image can eventually be used if the decison to include it in article is made. Have changed photo. --RavensFists (talk) 14:46, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia to test "flagged revisions" on articles about living people[edit]

Shoe size[edit]

So what IS her shoe size? Gotta be a reason for that nickname :) --IceHunter (talk) 02:50, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

—There's a clue in the italicized bit at the top of the article. Latin for 'boots' is caliga; add the diminutive -ul- and you have Caligula - Little Boots. ;-) 69.171.170.166 (talk) 18:13, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There have been several attempts to add different tiny shoe sizes as facts to the article. This will need to be reliably sourced as it is specific personal information as covered by the guidance of WP:biographies of living persons. Ash (talk) 17:58, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
UK size 3 [2] Edkollin (talk) 20:55, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
In her interview with Peaches Geldolf she says 2 1/2 to 3 "Youtube link" - plus most links when you google search say size 3 62.56.56.214 (talk) 11:07, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Some Consensus on where her Stage Name comes from[edit]

Okay after reading the lead I get the feeling its misleading about her stagename. In one line it claims she takes her "name" (and by name I assume it means stagename) from the Roman Emperor. However straight after it states she got her nickname (which again is the same as her stagename) from a friend.
Now I think the first statement is wrong anyway, secondly it lacks a ref to back it up. Also I have found these four interviews where in each she says her friend gave her the nickname, (which in turn became her stagename), after her friend watched a film about said Roman Emperor. However she also claims the nickname/stagename is related to the fact that her friends had made jokes about her tiny feet.

Basically I think a combination of both statements would be more accurate. However the wording will bit complicated, so I'm open to suggestions as to how it can be written in a flowing manner.

Also while I'm doing the whole "complaining thing" I just want to say the Touring and performances and Other pursuits / appearances sections are both getting way out of hand. It seems to be developing into just one long continous list of events she does. Better it be written into a prose form and rationalised to just important/notable performances or actions.

Instruments[edit]

She also plays the keytar, it's not written there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.7.81.4 (talk) 22:40, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comment[edit]

Hello please could I request to lock this page as this is actually my biography and the information is consistently incorrect whenever I view it! Please let me know if/ how I can do this. Thanks to everyone who has contributed (correct!) information so far. (Littlebootsofficial (talk) 23:11, 14 July 2011 (UTC))[reply]

We can't just delete things upon your request. We have know way of knowing if this is a prank or it is really you. This will get you started [3] on editing Wikipedia. If you look on the left hand side of this page under interaction you will see a link for Help. This will get you to the main help page. This is important it is about what is and what is not considered reliable sources. If you see something untrue about yourself and it is not sourced or the source is not reliable (such as a tabloid or social media) delete it. If the source is "reliable" but got something wrong contact the publication and have it removed from there. Once that happens delete it here. You can always do what Lily Allen did a couple of years back give an interview to a "reliable" source where you point out what is wrong with your Wikipedia article. For what it's worth, I can assure you that User:Littlebootsofficial is the genuine deal. Otherwise your advice is ok. The Rambling Man (talk) 20:06, 18 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Whether it's Victoria Hesketh or any new editor, feel free to ask questions here or on the talk page of the Help article that is confusing you. I have been editing Wikipedia for 5 years and I asked a question on a help page articles talk page a few weeks ago. Edkollin (talk) 22:11, 19 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Introductory section[edit]

It is really too long, with too much detail. duplicated links etc. It needs to be reduced, with detail going into the article. When I have time I will do. -- Beardo (talk) 12:50, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Caligula[edit]

I typed "Little Boots" into Wikipedia but I was actually looking for the Roman emperor Caligula. I'm very thankful there was information at the top of the page pointing me in the right direction.135.23.124.203 (talk) 17:51, 7 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
