Failed GA[edit]

I do not promote this article because of its length. Hold, before judging that statement - if a subject is notable enough to warrant inclusion, but not susbtantial enough to expand into a full-length article, it cannot hope to become a good article because the comprehensiveness can only reach a certain point. Here, the creek needs so much more to describe its features and why it is notable. Reading through it, the writing satisfies the minimum criteria, but a little something is done to articles to elevate them from average to good, and this article hasn't quite convinced me. It is nicely referenced, and the picture is nice, but how about a modern day picture of activity around it? ALTON .ıl 05:06, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
