Slums in Lo Barnechea !?!

There is a sentence that surprised me a bit:

It is home to some of Chile's fanciest neighborhoods (including La Dehesa, site of one of Pinochet's homes) as well as slums (poblaciones).

As far as I know, there are some disctricts in Santiago which would fit into this description, like for Example La Reina, but Lo Barnechea? I doubt it so far based on the average income of 30K US$, but I am willing to be tought differently.

In this case, please have in mind the meaning of Slums, not only a poorish neighbourhood, but must fit the characteristics. --194.203.215.254 14:36, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
