Globalize[edit]

The 'Cultivation and uses' section is very US orientated and could do with being more international, especially as this isn't a US native grass. --Graminophile 14:24, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I just tagged that section with {{globalize}} before I even looked at this Talk page, so not much has changed in nearly four years. Qwfp (talk) 08:41, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Rhizomes[edit]

Perennial ryegrass does have rhizomes. عمرو بن كلثوم (talk) 15:54, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No it does not. It may develop stolons but there is no rhizome as in bermudagrass.--92.200.166.18 (talk) 18:32, 12 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Bermudagrass - Synonym?[edit]

The term "bermudagrass" is used in this article (Cultivation and uses), but this name is not mentioned in the intro as an alternative name for Lolium perenne. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can confirm that this is indeed an appropriate term, and add it to the list of alternate names? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wynne0 (talkcontribs) 04:06, 5 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
