Question about naming[edit]

The March 2019 Texas Street Bridge Rehabilitation Project (US 80): State Proj. No.: H.011484 Start date: March 2019 Finish date: Summer 2020 Cost: $15.5 million Contractor: Intech Contracting, LLC. and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development refer to this bridge as the Texas Street Brige on US 80 over the Red River in Caddo and Bossier Parishes. As there is another wikipedia page called the Long–Allen Bridge (Morgan City) should the title be changed to the name used by the state and then move the Shreveport title lower in the article?
