Untitled[edit]

This species is indigenous to south-western Victoria, but since the mid 1980s, large feral populations have established around Sydney and Newcastle.

Habitat[edit]

I went ahead and changed it to read "but is not uncommon in urban areas." I know of two flocks that inhabit urban areas in Pakenham and Narre Warren, west of Melbourne. Loma Prieta 09:24, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

LOL! I love how the birds in NSW are labelled as "feral"! Maybe they just flew on over from Victoria (I would), in which case they just "migrated" or "extended their range". Brett.donald 04:45, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
