Comment: WP:USPLACE applies here, meaning that the Long Beach, California city article should remain where it is with a [[Placename, State]] "comma convention" title. Support per WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT. Combining this pageview analysis with this one shows that, despite all the entries on the dab page, of things called "Long Beach", the California city get around 72% of traffic. That's much more than any other topic, and much more than all the rest combined, as per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. It's also a significant long-term topic as well.
