Image:Lord, Send Me an Angel.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Major Changes[edit]

Lyrical Analysis[edit]
I am not familiar with the White Stripes, but I am a student of early blues and a fan of Mr. McTell. I have changed the word "races" in the analysis of the lyrics to "complexions." The categorization of skintone amongst African Americans by the colors black, brown, and yellow (also red in some regions) was a common motif in the blues. Blues often made reference to this sort of intraracial politics. The frequent reference to "browns" in blues lyrics comes from this categorization. -- Greenmango (talk) 07:22, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
