Ending of her coaching relationship with Rob Steckley[edit]

I believe Lucie has said that she's ended her working relationship with Rob Steckley and he no longer coaches her, though I don't know any more details at this point. Meltingpot (talk) 00:05, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Pronunciation of her name[edit]

Lucie Šafářová's name is not pronounced "sa-fah-ROH-vuh". She is Czech, and all Czech words are stressed on the first syllable. Second, the first consonant is "SH" as in "shut", not "s". Her name is pronounced "SHAH-FAHRʒ-oh-vah".
