Lucienne Day content review[edit]

The main aim of this edit is to supplement the information in the existing entry so that gives a wider overview of Lucienne Day's design achievements and the evolution of her career. In so doing, some factual errors have been corrected and the existing material has been reorganised and expanded to create a fuller narrative. Lucienne Day's designs were documented in detail in Lesley Jackson's book Robin and Lucienne Day: Pioneers of Contemporary Design (2001). This has been used as the primary source of information in revising and extending the existing text and placing Day's work in an accurate historical and artistic context.

Edits for section 1 and additional sections 2 and 3 are available for review in the sanbox User:Laymoon_55/sandbox.

@Laymoon 55: Hi. I undid your edit by accident. I'll restore your work but it does need some strong copy editing. Words like "trail blazing", " ground-breaking", etcetera don't belong in an encyclopedic article. Please read WP:NPOV. Thanks, Yintan  10:45, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Yintan: Thank you for your note, I will read and amend the copy where necessary.
@Yintan: Please see latest changes and kindly advise if any further improvements are required. Thank you. Laymoon 55 (talk) 13:43, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
