While I won't personally remove it, IMO the notability tag is unnecessary. It already had the 2 current source which are independent from Lucy Hockings when the tag was added, and they are solely about her. Yes North Shore Times may be a free suburban newspaper but Taranaki Daily News is not. Here's another somewhat tabloidy source [1].
