The Lupe o le Soaga Soccer Club is based in Magiagi a small village on the outskirts of Apia. It holds its trainings at the Leififi College Grounds. It is run by its president/manager Taimalelagi Saunia Fiti Aimaasu who is a former Samoan FIFA referee. It's General Secretary is Fuataetasi La'i Tautiaga and the Head Coach is Paul Ualesi. Lupe o le Soaga is the first Samoan club to win a point in the OFC Champions League copetition when it drew with former champions Tahiti's AS Pirae in Ba, Fiji in 2015. All of its members are amateurs.

Lupe o le Soaga is arguably the most successful club in Samoa in recent years with a clean sweep of the 2015 Samoan Football Season with winning a Seven-a-side Samoan modified tournament, the Futsal Tournament (5-a-side) and the National League.
