Controversies?[edit]

Controversy sections are generally discouraged in articles as they impact neutrality. As it stands, the only points covered in this section are a delay to the project, and criticism that DART is a bit too expensive. These issues hardly constitute "protracted public disputes" and do not merit a separate section. I suggest they be merged back into the history section. Cnbrb (talk) 19:31, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think it makes sense for delays to be in the "history" section. Perhaps the ticket price discussion could be included in a new section under "Operation"? Garuda3 (talk) 19:33, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Seems reasonable. I think that's where they were before. Cnbrb (talk) 19:46, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Crediting designers[edit]

Hi there, I am new to Wikipedia and am trying to find out how I might legitimately credit my company for their involvement in this project. I understand there are issues around conflict of interest as I am employed by the company on whose behalf I would like to credit the involvement. We were the structural engineers who designed both of the new stations for Luton DART, which can be confirmed here https://www.hewson-consulting.com/project/luton-dart-parkway-station/ and here https://www.hewson-consulting.com/project/luton-dart-terminal-station/

Large infrastructure projects such as this one obviously involve many different players, but typically it is just the main contractors that get mentioned.

I would appreciate any advice or input! Krk1971 (talk) 08:41, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
