Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted because the Lutz Children's Museum is a verified museum on the list of the ACM Reciprocal Program. It has limited sources because there is little written about the museum, but one can easily see that the Museum is a legitimate organization and deserves its own Wikipedia page.

I know it's real. (Well, I don't know, but I trust you!) But does it meet our standard for inclusion? ╟─TreasuryTagSubsyndic General─╢ 19:35, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

One of the two sources listed is an article published in an educational journal by the founder of the museum herself; doesn't this make it a "reliable" source per the standards for inclusion? "Sources may encompass published works in all forms and media, and in any language. Availability of secondary sources covering the subject is a good test for notability." Should I include more sources independent of the subject? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Saraherib (talkcontribs) 19:41, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No, that's fair. It wasn't there when I tagged the article – I'll withdraw now. Well done! ╟─TreasuryTaghigh seas─╢ 19:43, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
