M6 Toll congestion[edit]

Quite a number of sources regard the M6 Toll as a failure, which hasn't really had an appreciable effect on congestion of the M6 north of Birmingham, due to people refusing to use it due as a result of the high toll charges. SheffGruff (talk) 14:59, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
