Mirrlees Blackstone[edit]

I have just created a redirect page at Mirrlees Blackstone. DFH 15:58, 12 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why the redirect? Mirrlees, Blackstone and all the other constituent companies now gathered under the MAN banner had a long and proud history before MAN hoovered them all up. To me, the redirect suggests that all that counts for nothing, all that seems to be relevant is the modern company which has no regard for what went before. Baumgarten[edit]

There's no town called "Holstenbech" near Pinneberg, only a small one called Halstenbek. Holstenbech is rather the way it is pronounced with a northern German accent. I changed it. HerkusMonte (talk) 19:15, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rename[edit]

I suggest this article be renamed MAN Diesel because this is the company's current name. Biscuittin (talk) 15:28, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest to rename the page to MAN Diesel & Turbo. The companies have merged 2010 See press release — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ckroehling (talkcontribs) 12:52, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
