Title[edit]

Should it be noted that the title of this episode alludes the the Magical Mystery Tour by The Beatles? Helicopter Llama 18:11, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

That's trivia, which we don't include unless other sources note it. Given that thats as far as the Beatles comparison goes, it's likely not worth it. --MASEM (t) 18:27, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Image selection[edit]

This article needs an image. I propose one of these six:

Can we vote on this? dogman15 (talk) 09:05, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Be aware, there is no automatical requirement that a television episode article needs a screenshot (per WP:NFC) unlike with movies or music albums. We need within the article the discussion about the scene illustrated or elements of it that would aid the reader in understanding the scene. So "needs an images" isn't exactly correct.
But given that the aspect of Twilight's alicornation is a major point of discussion in promotion and the fandom reaction, we have reason to include one of her as an alicorn, and to capture the "ceremonial" aspect, it would be best of one where she, the other Princesses, and her friends are on the stage in the ceremony room, which clearly show Twilight alicorn + the pomp (eg [1] ) --MASEM (t) 16:05, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'm starting to wonder why I even bothered asking. Be bold, right? Go ahead and change it if you want, but I really like the image I chose. dogman15 (talk) 18:22, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
NFC is policy , mandated by the Foundation. It's like BLP that we have to use it carefully. I am going to change it because that image you included is not appropriate. --MASEM (t) 18:34, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Shortenings[edit]

To the IP who keeps shortening the article. Could you please give a good reason why you do that? Otherwise, I'll keep revering it. According to the MoS, the plot section should have 200 to 500 words. It currently has 482, so it is well in that rage and should not be shortened. Gial Ackbar (talk) 15:03, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
