What is HMDS?

Wikipedia page on this acronym describes multiple chemicals.

I found another article on Magnesium sulphur batteries which describes HMDS as hexamethyldisilazide. I will add this to the article with reference, unless anyone has more information. Lkingscott (talk) 09:44, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
