Project is in main himalayan range, not foothills[edit]

In the himalayan context, "foothills" conventionally refers to lesser parallel ranges to the south, such as the Siwaliks, the Mahabharat Range, and "hills" (up to 4,000 meters or so) between the Mahabharats and the high himalayas. However the schools and villages that Mahabir Pun's wireless network links to Internet service in Pokhara are actually in the main Himalayan range, in Annapurna Himal. To be sure they are not up on the high peaks at 7,000 to 8,000 meter elevations, but they are on the southern slopes of the Annapurnas.
