Notability of Mail Order Ninja[edit]

This is a notable subject because Mail Order Ninja was the winner of the fifth Rising Stars of Manga contest.

Removed notability tag. It's published by a major publisher and won that publisher's major award. A very quick google search shows it's received 3rd party coverage from the kind of publications that tend to cover manga-style comics: newsarama, comicsworthreading, etc. These things do need to be worked into the article and the article does need sources, though.
