Title[edit]

The title should be changed to Malayan Railway Building since this is the most commonly used name, or Wisma Kastam. It may not be necessary to specify Penang unless there is also another one with the same name, although it might cause confusion with the Malayan Railway Administration Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, so perhaps Penang can be added in the title.
