Untitled[edit]

I'm not sure that the reference to this book being the first in the genre in which the murderer is revealed at the start is correct - there is a book with a similar structure by Isabel Ostrander called "Ashes to Ashes", published in 1919. Jon Rob 10:27, 4 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

So change it to "one of the first" or "commonly believed to be the first"? Could you write articles on Isabel Ostrander and Ashes to Ashes (novel) (We've already got "Ashes to Ashes" (song) and Ashes to Ashes (film)? <KF> 21:46, 10 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mystery[edit]

A separate issue from the above, could a better descriptor be used than calling it "murder mystery," as the next line goes on to say, there is no mystery about the perpetrator. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.110.37.235 (talk) 18:53, 5 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
