Recent edits[edit]

While it was very good to see this article expanded from a stub, some of the edits were not helpful:

1. The original references were removed

2. The link to the article on the Russian Wikipedia (Мальтийский филармонический оркестр) was removed

3. All the categories were removed

These have now been re-added. I have also re-structured the new version to conform to the Wikipedia Manual of Style, including a lead paragraph, and have copy-edited the text for idiomatic English and to restore encyclopedic tone. In parts, the expanded article had read like a promotional brochure for the orchestra and contained inappropriate expressions like "beyond our shores", i.e. outside Malta. I have also remedied the over-linking within the article. A note to the editor who expanded the article (User:Maltaorchestra). Your user name suggests a possible conflict of interest.
