Copying within Wikipedia[edit]

A new article has been established by Rinda Fergiawan by copying content from the section (now renamed as) Mandalika (resort area)#Racing circuit to a new article (Mandalika International Street Circuit), without any attribution in the edit summary or Talk pages. This is contrary to Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. The new article was estabished 26 September, and carries a reference added by myself, still with the date as 3 September.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 21:04, 28 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Merge with Kuta (Lombok)?[edit]

I recently travelled to Lombok and reviewed some of Wikipedia's articles about the island, notably those relating to Kuta and Mandalika (also the nearby Mandalika International Street Circuit). The Kuta and Mandalika resort articles are essentially about the same small area, and I think they could/should be merged into one - perhaps named 'Kuta Mandalika' (I saw some large street signage using this name).
