Manor is not a ghost town. The only thing that has changed was that the railroad was taken out and some of the original buildings have been demolished over the years. A couple of the original homes are still there, and it is a functioning community, although residents will state they are residents of Washington Twp rather than Manor.

To further explain, ghost town article states, "The term [ghost town] is sometimes used in a deprecated sense to include cities, towns, and neighborhoods which, while still populated, are significantly less so than in years past." Since Manor has a higher population, due to the subdivisions built there, it would not fit this definition.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey (the first reference), Manor is a historical place, which is generally synonymous with a ghost town or former settlement. If you have a more reliable source stating that the community is still around, then I might consider including it as a hamlet rather than a ghost town. Also, if residents of the community don't consider themselves to be from Manor, the USGS might consider Manor to be a historical name, in which case it is probably more accurately described as a former community than a ghost town but it still isn't an active community under the name Manor.
