I have added this article some months ago to give a brief history of this waterpark that had significance for tourists in California's Central Valley for 30 years. Please let know what I can add to make this an acceptable Wikipedia inclusion.

Removed May 25th - Speculation[edit]

Deleted May 25th..

"I have recently learned somewhere that the reason that the manteca waterslides closed was because of a new regulation at the time which said they had to install a water pump house to clean the water which had never had a contamination problem since the park first opened."

Also, this article does not need to be politicized. Please remove "high workers compensation" as a reason for closure, unless a source can be found. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.219.87.68 (talk) 06:26, 25 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This article has a reference problem that needs fixing (why did the park close)?[edit]

I removed a link that said it was a reference and lead to search called "search" which is a malware that has in the past infected my windows computer, and changed my search engine and is very difficult to remove. Although clicking on the link does not seem to infect the computer, the link marked number 1, did not have any information about the water park. I looked for an article to add and I found one, but it does not have give any reason as to why the park closed, and it did not show up correctly as a reference. The reference template need to be redone. I am trying to talk to someone about that on the chat. So I am posting the link here in case anyone wants to see it. http://www.mantecabulletin.com/archives/12417/ I also feel the html in this article may be faulty as I found my text was not going properly to the edge of the margin. I was a patron of this park and, although I am a bit old for water slides I was sad to hear it had closed. Apriv40dj (talk) 14:27, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
