Find correct name
The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere.
The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.
Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).
I added a BLP proposal for deletion to this article. It was reverted by GB fan with the edit summary: "Decline blpprod, articcle had a non-reliable source and that is enough to disqualify for BLPPROD." Why would a non-reliable source disqualify it? Basically it has no sources, therefore it does qualify for BLP Prod. Regardless, even with one non-reliable source, it qualifies for deletion and that has to be discussed. Vmavanti, The first two sentences of WP:BLPPROD explain why I removed the BLPPROD. They say;
"Unsourced biographies of living people (BLPs) are eligible for a special proposed deletion process, BLPPROD. To be eligible for a BLPPROD tag, the entry must be a biography of a living person and contain no sources in any form (as references, external links, etc., reliable or otherwise) supporting any statements made about the person in the biography."
The way the policy is written, if there is any source on the article and that source supports any statement within the article, then it is not eligible for BLPPROD. The reliablility of the source means nothing at this point. Once a BLPPROD has been added to an article that does not and never has had any sources in any form that support any statement in the article, then it takes a reliable source to remove it. Initially adding a BLPPROD is based on any source, reliable or not. Removing a valid BLPPROD takes a reliable source. ~ GB fan 13:55, 19 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
