I've moved the page to "Marathon SHL standings" (simpler and more natural phrasing) from "Marathon standings for SHL". "Marathon standings for the SHL" would have also been acceptable. — SwedishPenguin | Talk 22:48, 24 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'm fine with your move. I didn't want a "the" in the title because the league isn't called "the SHL", but just "SHL". "SHL standings" makes it clear that it refers to the standings in the SHL. Best regards, HeyMid (contribs) 19:22, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It might be referred to as SHL without an article in front of it in Swedish but in English there are rules when considering whether or not to put the "the" in front of something. (e.g. "in the US..." but "US foreign policy", or "historical NHL standings" but "in the NHL") — SwedishPenguin | Talk 21:38, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
