Individual Race Narratives[edit]

The detailed narrative of individual races is definitely a skim-over read and will be impossible to continue in the same fashion over a long racer's career with a description of events in every race of every season. Just too much. --86.54.181.194 (talk) 11:58, 13 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah. An IP editor has been adding a paragraph after every race. I figured there wasn't much point condensing it until the end of the season. But it's probably worthwhile doing now. DH85868993 (talk) 12:07, 13 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format. Sam Sailor Talk! 10:40, 12 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Moto2 Champion[edit]

There is no review of the 2012 season and if it wasn't for the info box you would not know that he won the Moto2 championship. I don't know how, so does someone else feel like sorting this ommission. Vandalism in the article[edit]

Someone has repeatly deleted some material about this raider calling it non important and probably written by a fan.

This is absolutely POINTLESS and trolling statement.

In fact, the adding was based on articles written by journals like The Telegraph, that surely is NOT a MM fanzine.

So dear fellow wikipedians, i would recomend a serious protection from vandalism (especially if we know how some other raiders 'fans' are hating actively MM until now, see the 'war' with V.Rossi in 2015). Those edits were not at all undue for wikipedia, but explain well the typical style of MM, a style well known by any motocycle journalist and expert. So why the hell Wikipedia would NOT know it? The 'neutral point of view' has nothing to do with this, as it is a well known and widely accounted fact about the MM style and victories.

See, in other wikipedias, like it.wiki, the article of MM was purged for any kind of 'celebrative' materials, included the list of records made by him.

This is not done for other raiders, like Rossi or Hamilton. Guess why?

Those deleting are nothing more than vandalism, nothing else. And i suspect, vandalism made by other 'fans' to dismiss the career of MM sterilizing it by any 'glamorous' detail. So i call for a better sourveillance of this and other articles. 'fans' and haters are alwasy at work, it seems.

Total points in premier class[edit]

Please edit: Marquez collected 334 points in 2013, 362 in 2014, 242 in 2015, 298 in 2016, 298 in 2017, 321 in 2018, 420 in 2019, 0 in 2020 and now has 92 points. My edit was correct, do the math and you'll find out yourself that he collected a total of 2367 point in premier class so far. Tommaso Righi (talk) 14:30, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Australian IP repeatedly adding POV content[edit]

An Australian IP (101.175.53.66 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) has repeatedly (daily) adding the same unreferenced POV content, asserting that Marquez 'took out' championship leader Quartoraro, when Quartoraro crashed into the back of Marquez and Marquez continued in the race.

The latest being: "...saw him collide with championship leader Quartararo". Talk page warnings - including polite explanatory extra notes - have made no change.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 14:44, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
