How tall is he really? Currently it says 1.98 m, which must be vandalism.

Not done: Same as other player transfers, wait for official confirmation of transfer from either club before editing. Agreed fee, pending medical and contract terms, or even something said by the player on social media do not qualify official completion of transfer. Marcos Rojo is now a Manchester United player, as of August 19. This has been confirmed by both parties.

A statement from Sporting Lisbon FC's facebook page:

"Statement SAD to Sporting Clube de Portugal, Futebol, SAD reports have reached agreement with Manchester United Football Club Limited for the acquisition, definitively, sporting rights and 100% of the player's economic rights Marcos Rojo, for total value € .00 20,000,000 (twenty million), paid in three instalments: € 10,000,000 .00 payable immediately and two instalments of € 5,000,000 .00 each, paid in December 1, 2014 and July 1, 2015.

The above value and according to the contract, shall be paid to Spartak Moscow € 4,000,000 .00, in proportion to the amounts received by the Sporting SAD of Manchester United.

More if reports that the said agreement also provides for the right of Sporting SAD to receive 20% of the added value of a future amount player transfer exceeding € 23,000,000 .00.

At the same time the Sporting SAD came to an agreement with Manchester United to the temporary provision (loan), free of charge, for the Sporting SAD of the athlete Nani, until the end of the season 2014/2015. "

Not done: Manchester United's official announcement[1] states that

"Manchester United is delighted to announce it has reached an agreement with Sporting Lisbon to sign defender Marcos Rojo, subject to a medical and agreeing personal terms.
A further announcement will be made when the process is complete."

Gols at Sporting?[edit]
