I left this comment on the article creator's page after approval: "Greetings, I approved your article creation because the subject appears to be notable. However, a biography of a living person who is notable for committing a single crime, is not without controversy. It is possible the article may draw attention regarding whether it is suitable for wikipedia. Since any google of the subject leads to articles about these events, arguably having a proper Wikipedia article is a net positive for the world.
