Prohibited release[edit]

I have moved the following material, added by 68.10.87.99, from the article to the talk page. Quote

Does this make any sense at all? The only way the Navy Times would know anything about the award is if someone who knew about it called them to make a big deal about the so called "secret award". The award was not classified so therefore it was not. It makes no sense that it was secretly awareded. Its interesting how he wasnt presented the awards among his peers. Its possible he felt he would be judged and rightly so. Then in order for everyone to know he was given the award someone had to call the Navy Times.
Seriously to protect his family from who? There were so many other Navy Crosses/silver stars in the same AO by different services, but Marks was speacial right? No it was not. Just read through this and ask yourself does any of this make sense.
