Mark López (Filipino executive)Mark Lopez (Filipino executive) – Per WP:MOSPHIL, persons or figures from the contemporary era must not have diacritics as part of their names. We in the Philippines rarely use diacritics (except Ñ/ñ) in proper names like names of persons and places. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 14:10, 21 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support per nomination. The Filipino executive was born in Manila and does not accent his surname in the manner of individuals from the Spanish-speaking world, as confirmed by the eight inline cites appended to his article. This surname is not automatically accented and, among the six names listed upon the Mark Lopez disambiguation page (with the unaccented main title header), two of the men do not use the accent. —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 17:52, 21 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy move as per MOS:PHIL. This is uncontroversial. —hueman1 (talk contributions) 02:19, 22 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    @HueMan1: is this uncontroversial? I don't think so. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 04:17, 22 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
