On 26 July 2023, it was proposed that this article be moved from MarketFair Mall to MarketFair mall. The result of the discussion was moved to "MarketFair".

MarketFair Mall → MarketFair mall – "Mall" serves as a descriptor/disambiguator here and is not part of its proper name (sources that do include "Mall" capitalize the term inconsistently). Gah, I hate that twinkle doesn't automatically subscribe me to these discussions. I kinda assumed by the fact that they sometimes call their mall "MarketFair Princeton", that there were other branches, but that seems not to be the case.
