What about the brothers David Michael Ralph Nevill (b. 20 June 1941) and Michael George Rathmore Nevill (b. 14 July 1943) (and David's son Guy Michael Rossmore Nevill (b. 12 November 1973)), descendants of the 4th Earl?

According to Burke's Peerage, the heir presumptive is indeed David Michael Ralph Nevill (b. 20 June 1941)
