Md. 28 does not reach the intersection of Md. 198 & Md. 650[edit]

I thought that the eastern terminus of Md. 28 was at Md. 182 (Layhill Road), not the intersection of Md. 650 and Md. 198, and looking at the 2007 SHA Highway Location Reference confirms that this is the case. The so-called 28-198 Connector (a/k/a Norbeck Road Extended) is part of the Montgomery County system (CO7445 according to the HLR). Cpzilliacus (talk) 02:43, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
