Marzotto 'acquired HUGO BOSS'. I don't know much about business but is it said that when a company owns the majority share (in this case 50.9%) they have acquired the company. In a non-business lingo sense I interpreted acquire to own the company 100% and perhaps to remove from the stock market if the company in question floats. Brand section

I removed the brand section. It's not adding encyclopedic value, just naming the brands, so it feels a bit promotional. However, maybe someone would like to expand it, so I copypaste it here for reference:
