Death/groove metal[edit]

I found this source claiming that the album had both styles, particulary in this line talking about groove metal: "Masquerade in Blood ushers in yet another attempt to modernize Sodom's post-thrash/pre-death style for the mid-1990s" and also this line talking about death metal: "Sodom continually deliver trusty, if hardly overwhelming death metal in subsequent songs like "Shadow of Damnation" and "Peacemaker's Law." I wanted to know if this would be a proper addition. Thanks.-Teh Thrasher (talk) 17:17, 12 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As long as the genres are derived from the prose, it's fine. Actually Teh, you're not obligated to initiate a discussion as long as the genre change is properly sourced and is not considered controversial.--Retrohead (talk) 22:48, 12 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

All Music continues to be a joke and a trash unbalanced source for metal. JanderVK (talk) 14:14, 8 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
