Peruvian open access repositories

Translation suggestion
For some reason all the articles referring to Peru are very biased to the left and against Fujimori, not even in Spanish (which are anti-Fujimori to the bone) this type of bias is generally found. I suppose it's because there are many more people interested in Peru who publish there, but the tone that certain articles take is something very strange and conspiratorial (they almost seem to be written by Ollanta Humala).
A lot of totally unnecessary information that already has its own dedicated articles is included, and that which could jeopardize the main narrative is excluded. I understand that the establishment is not always believed in or mistrusted, but the point is that EVERY country has one, and I don't see as much emphasis being placed on it in other articles as in this one.
