"Sound" not "Sounds"[edit]

The interview where Billy G tells the story was in Sound magazine, which was a US monthly magazine, not the UK weekly music paper that you link to - the link to the interview under External Links shows a magazine cover for July 76 and a price of $0.75 which is clearly different from the black and white covers of Sounds.

That doesn't mean that it wasn't reprinted in Sounds, but that wasn't really their style - besides in 1976 they were much more interested in punk, as I recall.

Sadly, there is no Wikipedia article for Sound (or, indeed, a match on Google).

If you are happy with this, I'll remove the internal link to the article on Sounds.

Was it like the July 1976 edition here? Martinevans123 (talk) 12:30, 27 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Not the same road[edit]

Jackrabbit and Hwy 6 are 2 different roads. Jackrabbit runs from Hwy 6 to FM 529. 172.56.53.185 (talk) 15:47, 16 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As neither of those roads is mentioned in either of the two references, I think that, at the very least, mention of "Jackrabbit" should deleted. But the entire text is somewhat problematic, as it goes far beyond what the two sources actually say. I think it needs a re-write. Martinevans123 (talk) 16:40, 16 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
